CIDR block. Cox made an engineering mistake.
The CIDR block was not routing properly and the customer's websites were
going to be offline. I called Cox at 1:42 a.m.

wrong. The night guy opened a ticket.
I got a callback at 2:34 a.m.—a senior engineer had rebuilt the
routing for the CIDR block. Mail started
