WAYNE HEDRICK
Wayne Hedrick is a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and was one of the first people to be certified as a Microsoft specialist in 1994. Wayne is a retired USAF chief master sergeant.
KASSIE DOWNS
Kassie Downs is a Virginia DCJS Certified Compliance Officer with 20 years of experience in facility access control systems, security camera systems, Ethernet and fiber installation, and now enterprise cybersecurity support.
RICHARD PHILLIPS
Richard Phillips built and supported IT networks in the hotel industry for over 15 years, in addition to managing hotel security, CCTV, telephone, and fire alarm systems. He joined JK Technologies in 2011.
DAN CHADWICK
Dan Chadwick is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has been supporting Windows since it became mainstream. Dan has a background in working in the banking and security industries.
JIM NIERESCHER
Jim Nierescher taught Information Technology for 15 years before joining JK Technologies. Jim has held many IT certifications, including Cisco and Microsoft. Jim is a retired USAF senior master sergeant.
BRAD GOUGH
Brad Gough is an expert in software development and database management and holds many software and technology certifications. He specializes in database management and is an expert in SQL integrations. Brad was in the US Navy for 6 years.
ALISON CHRISTOFOLI
Alison Christofoli is our Chief Operating Officer. Alison joined JK Technologies after her 27-year USAF career. She has a Master of Public Administration Degree and is a retired USAF senior master sergeant.
